Do you drink regular soda or diet soda?
Cutting out the average intake of regular soda will help you prevent increasing the standard 15 pounds you can expect to gain each year from drinking it.
You can probably expect to lose only about five pounds in a month from cutting it out.
If you’re serious about trying to lose the weight, it’s going to take more than just cutting out cola…you’re going to have to overhaul your diet and start exercising.

Not that much. I did that and all that did was made my piss really clear and my acne isnt that bad anymore.
If you want to lose weight try exercising and start eating healthier foods.

Water will do 2 things for you. (1) it will keep you hydrated and (2) it will flush out your system.
Soda will not hydrate your body.
Expected weight loss for a week – about 3 to 5 lbs.

Not much. It needs to be combined with healthy eating and adequate exercise. You therefore need to make a lifestyle change and exercise at least 3 times per week to see any good results.

I agree with the above post…You will probably lose a few pounds over the month. You got to remember that pop has a lot of calories, mainly from sugar.
The range could be anywhere from 2-5 pounds in a month!

It depends on how much of your diet consists of soda in the first place.
