Can I Adda Teaspoon Of Sugar To My Green Tea?

i heard green tea helps u to lose weight but it tastes weird, so adding one teaspoon wont hurt right? or honey?
and how many cups should i drink, and can i add ice cubes for cold green tea or is it supposed to be hot?

    You can add whatever you want. But remember sugar is bad for trying to loose weight. However you can buy the bottles of greent tea at like walmart and drink them at least twice a day and you could lose weight. But you have to exercise too. I did this (even tho the green tea has sugar in it) and I lost weight. And the only exercise I did was ride bikes with my kids and walk up and down 6 steps everyday.. (but honey tastes better in the green tea I think..

    To reap all the benefits of green tea it is recommended to drink 5-6 cups per day. You can drink it hot or cold, it doesn’t matter.
    If you are going to add a sweetener, go with sugar rather than honey, as it has less calories. However, if you are trying to lose weight then you should limit the amount of sugar you use. Try a low calorie sweetener (if you can stand the aftertaste).
