Two years ago I weighed 170 lbs from over eating and lack of exercise. I’m 5′3″ and usually weigh 120 or less. It took 9 months, but I lost 35 pounds by drinking lots and lots of water all day, walking 45 minutes a day and cutting calories from “junk foods”……cookies, pie, cake, donuts, candy, etc. I ate lots of fruit and vegetables, lean meat, nothing fried ever, low fat milk and Special K with Red Berries cereal every morning. It really worked! Green tea is good for you but I don’t think it helps to lose weight. Good luck!

ive heard green tea fasts work because of the nutrients and warm water fills you up

Green tea is a good thing but also cut out all breads,rice,potatoes,and drink lots of water.
