How To Lose Water Weight?

What is the fastest way to lose water weight? Just by drinking lots of water to flush everything out? I think that is at least what 3-5 lbs. is on me and i know you can lose water weight fast. Thanks. Also, does green tea make you lose weight?

    Yes – the best way to ensure that your body is not retaining water is to drink plenty of water. And I do mean water – not pop etc. etc. When you do not have enough water in your system your body holds on to all it has – hence bloat.
    A normal sized person requires 8 8oz glasses each day. I’ve also been told that one should add a glass for every 25 lbs overweight you are. Another formula I’ve heard is drink 1/2 your body weight in oz’s each day. So a 200lb person should drink 100 oz’s of water.
