If You Drink Green Tea After Meals, Does This Cause The Fat In The Foods To Not Absorb So Much To Your Body?

This is what I read somewhere…I’m just wondering if it’s true. And I’m not saying that green tea makes all the fats not absorb, I’m saying that it lessens it.
If it’s not true, then how does green tea make you lose weight?

No, but it does aid in weight loss for other reasons.
Green tea has an effect on your leptin levels, which is a hormone in your body which signifies to your body whether you need to lose weight or gain weight. If your leptin levels are out of balance, your body can believe that you are starving and underweight even when you are not. Your body will respond by making you hungry and by burning muscle or sugars for energy instead of fat.
If you are overweight or obese, you almost certainly have a problem with your leptin levels. Drinking lots of green tea every day will help stabilize your leptin levels to fix this problem. The first thing you will probably notice is that your appetite is suppressed. Over a longer period of time, you will notice that diet and exercise are more effective for weight loss.
Whether you drink it before or after a meal is irrelevant. What matters is drinking it daily, preferably several cups a day.

Oolong tea- which is a chinese tea breaks down the fat. So after big fatty chinese meals the the older chinese always drink that- you notice how skinny the older chinese are? It’s because of tea.
Green tea helps curb your apetite but tea in general flushes out the toxins from your system…and their antioxidants make your face look healthier and neutralizes those free radicals…
Theres a also another tea called pu-erh that really helps you lose the weight…but you have to deal with its funny smell..

Green tea is an appetite suppressant. If you want to lose weight you would drink (unsweetened) green tea throughout the day instead of constantly snacking, and after meals in lieu of dessert. It has nothing to do with the absorption of fat, just suppressing your appetite.
