    Doing jumping jacks takes more effort since you have to throw your arms in the air and it gets your heart rate going faster. I used to do both and jumping jacks got me out of breath real quickly but I could run in place forever. So, I would say you lose more weight with jumping jacks.

    Probably Jumping jacks because you are using more of your body but if you were actually running that would be a different case..
