Some green tea nourishes the toxins in your body that made you plump.

Green tea is mostly water, so I guess we are comparing water with or without the tea. It depends on what you’re trying to accomplish and it also depends on the quality of the tea leaves and the water.
Green tea has been shown to help lose weight, improve total cholesterol levels and bolsters anti oxidant levels. It also has caffeine which is not necessarily a good thing. For more information check out http://chinesefood.about.com/library/wee…
The best water has been shown to be filtered, ionized alkaline water. It has also been shown to help weight loss, help hydration and detoxification of the body. For more information check out http://www.waterdietblog.com/
Water is a necessity for life, green tea is not. So again, It all boils down to what you are trying to accomplish.
Hope that helps, check out the links for more info.

tea has caffine, even though it has alot of healthy stuff, water is probably always the best.
