just an FYI if you plan on using this as a form of weight loss be sure to keep drinking water too. i know someone who totally replaced all of their beverages with green tea and ended up ruining their kidneys because of it. drink lots of water and keep yourself hydrated. green tea is a healthy drink but im not sure that it would make you lose weight. a healthy diet along with cardio/exercise will help you to shed unwanted pounds.
yeah, not too much though….buts its good for u in a lot of ways…so if u wanna lose weight, or know anyone that wants to lose weight, Green tea is GOOD..
No – the only thing that has done it for me is heavy exercise or a physically demanding job. I’m working in a warehouse lifting up to 100 lbs everyday and I’ve never before felt this great and I’ve run and weight lifted and done aerobics and biking 6 times a week. Nothing does the job better than putting out more calories than you consume 8 hrs per day!
yes, green tea is suppose to be very good for you. It is proven to help loose weight. Try buying the packet directly from a chinease shop. I think those are the best cuz they are prolly directly imported from Asia
No but I’m sure if you drink enough of it rather than other drinks with lots of sugar it will eventually help you lose some.
I know its supposed to be a healthy drink and I recently heard that adding a little orange juice makes it pretty tasty and still good and healthy.
Yes. It’s been proven that it helps lose wait and is very good for you. But don’t drink too much, its alot of caffeine too, which isn’t very good for you!
It’s not what you consume that helps you loose weight, it’s what you DON’T consume.
Green tea is good for you, that’s all. It contains things your body needs. There is no miracle ingredient for weight loss, period. There is no proof of any.
