Can I Drink Green Tea At 15 Years Old & Lose Weight?? Is It Bad If I Drink It??

Green tea is good for all ages. Depending how your body reacts to it can be completely different from how someelses body reacts to it. In some cases it can cause you to go number 1 a lot. If i drink any kinda of tea that comes from a tea bag it makes me lose some weight. Also is will clean out your body a lot. If you start drinking about 20 oz. of it a day and eat about 1200-2000 calories a day, and exercise for 30 mins a day. And keep this up for a month of more it will help you lose weight. If stick to this diet than you could probably lose weight and keep it off. If you have any more questions email me at bluehippy15@yahoo.com.

Green tea is good for you — it won’t however, make you lose any weight. The only way to lose weight is to eat less and exercise more.

Green tea alone will not make you lose weight. And yes, its okay to have a cup every couple of days.
What will help you though is not skipping meals, especially breakfast. When you have it, have a little protien with it (eggs, peanutbutter, etc).
Cut out all junk, fast and fried foods. Drink 4 to 6 glasses of water a day. Eat 5 to 6 smaller meals per day… leaner meats, lower fat dairy and stick to whole grain breads, cereals and pastas. Snack on fruits and vegtables and dont sit on the computer all day… get out and kick the soccer ball around, go for a walk, roller blade, skate board. Do something active that you like and all will be fine.
