What Foods Keep You Full For Longer? And Does Green Tea Help You Lose Weight?
high fibre foods keep you fuller for longer and the also keep you blood sugar regulated, so you can avoid those horrible cravings, but i would not suggest eating fibre with every meal or suddenly increasing fibre in your diet as it is something that needs to be slowly introduced. some excellent high fibre foods include, green beans, lima beans, peas, lentils, oats and raspberries… as a rule meat does not contain fibre, but i would always suggest at least one serving of lean meat per day, ( if youdon’tt like any of the above foods the alternative would be to take a fibre supplement such as psylllium, slippery elm or you can buy a fibrecapsulel)
green tea is adiureticc which removes excess fluid from the body, it has many beneficial properties and yes due to it being adiureticc it will assist with initial weight loss but will not alter your weight loss’ overall result.
Meat and vegetables keep you fuller longer because your body doesn’t break them down into sugar and store them as fat. And yes, green tea will help you lose weight, drink enough and you’ll be stuck on a toilet for hours (not quite the weight you were hoping for, but green tea reduces fecal and water weight, not so much fat)
anything with good amount of protein ( like chicken) because it takes a while for the body to break down protein. Yes green tea has been found to increase your metabolism which helps you burn more calories and as a result lose wieght.
-complex carbohydrates(they are good for you compared to simple carbs).
and yes green tea helps you lose weight, so does extra virgin coconut oil, and apple cider vinegar.
