Is It Okay To Lose Weight 1 Week But None The Next?

I’ve started a diet, eating low fat, cutting out sweets, walking 30 mins 5-6 days a week. First week I lost weight. Second week nothing. Bit depressing so I’m hoping it’s normal.

    yes it is normal..keep doing what you are doing and if by the next week you still didnt lose anything consider changing your plan a bit

    I’m trying to do the same thing. I started it Monday. Good luck with it!! You’ll probably loose some more weight this week!
