Will Green Tea Help To Lose Weight..or Any Other Foods/drinks?

Don’t think I’m one of those people that expect some miracle food, pill, etc. to just do all the work, but I need anything I can get to lose like 5-10 pounds. Exercising, and trying not to eat as much isn’t helping. Yeah, I know, you gotta eat breakfast for metabolism, and can’t skip meals or else you go into ’starvation mode’ or whatever, so don’t tell me that.
I need to lose enough weight to make my face noticeably skinnier. You wouldn’t think it’s chubby w/ a straight face, but when I smile, it’s bad. I don’t have like a double chin, but just a little skin or fat under there at times, which I just want completely gone.
One more question, is there such thing as a natural minimum weight that your body can reach? Can my body not lose weight if it’s already ‘healthy’?
..by the way, if I do lose weight, I’d still be at a healthy BMI. Well, maybe 10 pounds would make me underweight, but 5 is okay.

There have been some studies showing that it will help lose weight but nothing definite has been shown that ecgc (the compund in green tea) will do this. Drinking a 1/2 gallon of tea will probably help as much as drinking the same amount of water. Take ecgc in a pill form for two weeks and see how your body reacts. I suggest cleaning up your diet and increase the amount of excercise.

I use green tea, I figure it can’t hurt. never really noticed crazy results though. Honestly my miracle food/drink is water. It sounds like we have the same face and that is always the first place that I swell if I am retaining water so by drinking more it drains it out. Seriously you may be holding a lot of water weight and the only way to get rid of it is to cut out sodium and drastically increase water intake. Try it for a week you may notice a difference. I usually do
