Is Green Tea Really Help You Lose Weight And Then Which Kind Should I Use????

hi i was wanting to know if green tea really makes you lose weight and if it is ture which kind of green tea should i drink and how much thank you so much!!

    Green tea has worked for me! Though along with drinking green tea you still need to diet and exercise, because if you don’t diet and exercise and take in like 3000 calories a day thinking you drank your green tea and you are going to lose weight you are wrong!!! Green tea will only make the weight loss process faster!!! ……..another thing do not eat after dinner and have dinner at like 6:00 PM…….and eat when you are hungry but eat things like tomatoes and/or fruits but veggies are a whole lot better with losing weight then fruit because fruit has that extra sugar and fat.
    ohhh……yeah and i drink one cup of Bromley (a blend of pure green teas) in the morning

    I’d be suspicious. Tea is a diuretic, so it may be mainly water weight.

    Didn’t work for me but it’s cheap to try it. Any kind should be fine.

    Green tea does help you lose weight BUT with proper diet and exercise. Drinking about 3 or 5 cups a day is effiecent for the green tea diet. However, 3 – 5 cups can be a lot for some people, so you might also want to consider green tea extract, green tea pills or a green tea patch.
