I’ve started a diet, eating low fat, cutting out sweets, walking 30 mins 5-6 days a week. First week I lost weight. Second week nothing. Bit depressing so I’m hoping it’s normal.

Say person A runs a mile everyday for a month at 3pm in 90 degree weather with 90% humity.
Person B runs a mile everyday for a month at 11pm when it is 75 degrees with 30% humity.
Would person A lose MORE weight than person B? or would they lose the same? or what?

No way! Green tea raises your metabolism. Iced tea doesn’t. Also, even the sugarless drinks have a small ammount of calories (about 2-3) from the artificial sweetener. Go back to the green tea! ^_^

Yes YES YES YES YES. I lost 1 pound from yesterday to tday because I had one Big bottle of “Tea’s Tea” Green/Jasmine Tea.
It really works. helps burn fat calories. etc.
I would go out and buy Tea’s Tea green tea
or if that’s too expensive-brew your own!
