i heard green tea helps you lose weight? if this is true how does it help lose weight?

    Want to really lose weight? Cut out refined sugar sources (Cakes, pastries, sugar itself). No Carbs at night. Workout 40 min-1 hr on treadmill for one hour at 6-12degree incline. Do this one hour after dinner. See results in 30 days.
    No Bagels, Muffins, White Bread, Pizza, Processed food. Eat vegies, chicken, fish, fruits etc. No Sweets at night.

    Green tea has EGCG that has been shown to increase your metabolism. It also has antioxidants that your body loves! It can make you regular too (at least, that is what I’ve heard from some friends). Just be sure to eat a healthy balanced diet and add green tea to it if you’re interested. I like the Arizona green tea w/ honey and ginseng.
