I have been exercising and eating healthy for about 4 months with minimal weight loss. About 5 weeks ago I started to take green tea extract twice daily along with drinking 2 cups of green tea a day and I have been losing 2 lbs a week since I started. I think it does help with speeding up your metabolism and it also has many other health benefits so it is well worth trying.

Maybe you’re not exercising enough or you’re eating too much.
You can just drink green tea and expect to lose weight, you have to work.
