Does Green Tea Help You Lose Weight?

I am trying to lose some tummy weight.
my sister told me how our cousin drank green tea and lost weight in a couple months.
is it true it helps you lose weight?
and i hear it makes you go number two alot??

    Well…
    It does speed up your metabolism slightly. If you drink 8 cups a day, you can lose around 80 calories. Lots of people don’t think that’s true though.
    But come one, if you want to lose weight, you can’t just drink green tea. Eat healthier, and exercise.
