Can You Still Lose Weight If Calories In Don’t = Calories Out, But You Are Consuming Less?
I have always wondered this. Let’s say someone 300 lbs decides to consume less, but they still do not burn as much calories as they put in their bodies. Do they lose weight?
No. A calorie is a calorie. The calories consumed must be less than the calories burned to lose weight. More calories in than out = weight gain. Same calories in as out = steady weight. More calories out than in = weight loss. Good luck
