Water has zero calories. But it is more to do with simply burning more calories than you eat. This is the ONLY way to lose weight.

Green Tea is supposed to be very good for your health because it’s rich in antioxidants, although I don’t think it would be very practicle to drink it exclusively from morning to night. So water definitely has its place.
For example: Because tea is considered to be a diuretic, many people don’t want to drink it after about twelve noon. Otherwise, they would have to be getting up during the night to urinate. So when they get thirsty in the afternoon, they might drink water.
Another consideration: Some people can’t drink tea unless it has some sugar in it. If that’s the case, then you run the risk of canceling out all of the antioxidant benefits. If you are one of those who can’t drink tea without sugar, then water would be the better choice.

IF the goal is to LOSE weight by not retaining water: A DIURETIC is BEST for making your body not retain water. A diuretic means you “pee” out more liquid that your body took in.
The stronger diuretic would be COFFEE
    Next one is Black Tea
after that comes Green Tea…. it’s the weakest of them, because the leaves haven’t developed and it’s not brewed at the same strength…
NOTE PEOPLE: the question is about LOSING weight… she didn’t ask whether it is “healthy” or “healthier”… so stop giving me the thumbs down just because you don’t like the truth

No matter what, you should drink 64 fluid ounces (1.89270589 liters) of water every day. Unsweetened green tea has the added bonus of having a little bit of caffeine in it, which suppresses appetite for many people. And has antioxidants.
Note that caffeine is addictive and can dehydrate you. And avoid sweetened green tea because sugar=fatness.

Water definitely, but avoid drinking cold water right after/during a meal. The cold water will solidify the oily stuff that you have just consumed and will slow down the digestion. Once this ’sludge’ reacts with the acid, it will break down and be absorbed by the intestine faster than the solid food. It will line the intestine. Very soon, this will turn into fats and may even lead to cancer.

green tea is for sure better to drink.
it speeds up your motabolism and gives you energy for weight loss.
plus it has lot’s of nutrients and good things your body needs to be healthy and help make you fit. extra things that water doesn’t have in it.

Water is always best, but Green Tea is equal if it’s good quality, unsweetened. It has antioxidants and herbs and minerals that are beneficial to you no matter what.

To provide your day with a little taste to the drink, cold green tea would be a great way to go. Stay away from sodas and you are taking a major step in weight loss.

Apple Cider Vinegar is the best way to loose weight cause last year I was drinking ACV for my acne but I had to stop taking it because I lost 10 pounds in just a month and I’m really skinny 118 pounds.

cold water (forces your body to use extra energy to heat your body up)

Water. This green tea myth is stupid. Most green tea people drink to “lose weight and be healthy” is packed full of p.o.s. high fructose corn syrup.

Water is better than any other drink. But don’t starve yourself! Try to maintain a healthy diet, and exercise every day.
    Good luck!
