I suggest cutting about 400-500 calories a day from your current diet (usually this means just cut out a snack or two). To answer your second question, maintain it will be easy; just eat an extra 300-400 calories (extra apple, or any fruit/vegetable of you choice). To lose more after that you can increase your workouts to every day..or cut back another 100 calories per day. But you have about 6 months until you have to worry about that.</description>
