Swimming Or Running To Gain Stamina And Lose Weight?

I can do both since I have access to both a swimming pool and a running field. My question is, which is better for gaining stamina and losing weight; running on alternative days or swimming everyday?

Do both. Run one day and swim laps the other day. Each one will build both stamina and help you loose weight. Watch your calorie comsumption, too. Most of the “energy” drinks are just sugar water. Drink Special K Protein water. It’s lower in cals and has 5 grams of protein.

Factually speaking both are tough exercises with about 230 cal / 20min. Its all about how much time u spend in your routine.
More over For Stamina it depends how you wanna utilize it, tone your mussles in same frequency, eg, waana play soccer go for running.
