Can You Use Normal Green Tea To Lose Weight?

They advertise special green tea on the internet for losing weight but I was wondering if you can just use anything like the Tesco stuff in the cupboard. Will that still boost my metabolism or does it have to be the special weight-losing green tea? Thanks

You can use regular green tea to lose weight. Don’t use bottled green tea, all of the beneficial good stuff has been processed out. If you like the flavor of bottled green tea you can make your own for a fraction of the price. Just brew tea and add some lemon or lime juice and sweetener. Personally, I use gunpowder green tea, and drink it hot with fresh mint or cold with citrus. I feel my metabolism increased for several hours after drinking it.

The key for losing weight is easy – eat less and exercise more often – the issues appear when we actually try to put that into practice! There are loads of opportunities to fail in the real world aren’t there?! The sole thing which really worked for me was green tea, it can be seen in the resource box below, they have a small number of free trials left, it has been featured in Fox News and USA Today. I worked off twenty five pounds, it really does produce success!
