Im trying to lay off of my diet sodas and substitute them with some diet green tea with ginseng I got at the store. Can this help in weight loss?

Like what company and hot or cold? Also how much do i drink a day? I work out 5 times a week and am a vegan but cant seem to lose weight so i wanted to try thiss. Thanks!

If i drink only green tea and water every day and eat very little food like only fruits and veggies, and a little rice and not exercise at all can i lose 25 pounds fast?? In like 3 months?

I drink green tea all the time (no sugar or honey) I was wondering if it is any good for weight lose. Does it boost your metabolism? Are there any drinks that boost your metabolism?

I’m trying to lose weight and I’ve been having different people tell me differently about this. So, is drinking lots of water or Green Tea (hot or cold?) better for losing weight?

I am trying to slim down a bit for the summer and I have heard that green tea can help you lose weight. I was wondering if it has worked for anyone, and if I would need to take the supplements or can I just sip on some green tea? Also, is it best to drink it/take the supplements before or after working out, at night time, after eating, etc?

I’m 6′3 205 pounds and I walk on the treadmill 4 days a week for 1 hour a day. I’m trying to lose 15-20 pounds. How many calories should I eat to lose one pound a week? Once I lose the weight, how many calories can I eat to maintain that weight?
